This is the original video with the sound of snow falling and birds. There is distant traffic that was muffled some as well as crows that were turned down at 8:27, but beware they can still be loud. There’s also other sounds that may reach a high level, so listen at your own risk. I did catch a bird fly over the pond. If you can meditate to this then you are well on your meditation journey.
